Graduated of the Law School from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in 1997, he has studied several specialization courses in structured financial operations and the course in Strategic Directions in International Practice, instructed by the New York City Bar Association in 1997.
Prior to the foundation of Avila, Lozano y Rodal, Mr. Rodal Espinoza founded the firm Rodal y Asociados in 2008, after having been a Senior Associate of an important corporate law firm in Monterrey, as well for more than 10 years, he held several executive positions within different Banking Institutions, mainly within the Trust and areas.
