Graduated of the Law School from the Universidad de Monterrey in 2004, he obtained a diploma in Amparo Law from the Federal Judiciary Institute in 2005 and obtained his master’s degree in Private Law from the Universidad Regiomontana in 2015. Member and Coordinator of the Nuevo León´s Chapter Constitutional Law Commission of the Mexican Bar Association and member of the U. S. Mexico Bar Association.

Professor of the undergraduate program of the Law School of the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, teaching General Law of Obligations and Civil Procedural Law, 2012 to date.

Rodal, Mr. Avila Sarabia founded the firm Avila y Lozano SC in 2011,
after practicing since 2000 in the Civil and Criminal area of some of
the largest law firms in Mexico.
