Graduated of the Law School from the Universidad Regiomontana in 2004 and studied the Master in Amparo Law in the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in 2010. Member of the Mexican Bar Association, and the U. S. Mexico Bar Association.
Prior to the foundation of Avila, Lozano y Rodal, Mr. Lozano Elizondo founded the firm Avila y Lozano SC in 2011, after being a partner of two important local firms in Monterrey. He has also held several significant positions in government agencies of the State of Nuevo Leon.
